Hurree seeks a Data Analyst to join our team. The Data Analyst will sit within the Product team to help our product become bigger and better. You will work closely with our Product Manager to help with understanding the product data as well as providing insights that help with the design of more user-friendly interfaces and dashboards. 

This position is a remote role and a fantastic opportunity for a highly-skilled Data Analyst. 

 

Some of your key responsibilities:

  • Taking responsibility of helping us tell the Hurree product story through data 
  • Owning product instrumentation analysis and helping set the foundations of product data analytics, to interpret the information coming from our product 
  • Monitoring product usage analytics, identifying trends and creating interactive dashboard reports to develop better understanding of user behaviours on the platform
  • Evaluating engineering solutions post-release and collaborating with product teams to inform subsequent iterations, designing and assessing the performance of A/B and Multivariate tests, to help drive product development decisions, where appropriate 
  • Whilst working primarily with the product team, you may also work closely with data platform and wider business stakeholders
  • Providing robust and easy to understand recommendations from your analysis that can be explained to technical and non-technical colleagues
  • Ensuring that product analysis is well - integrated to the development process and that we collect the right data 

Essential skills and criteria: 

  • Experience in a Data Analytics role or similar, working closely with the product teams in an agile fashion 
  • Excellent analytical skills and product-focused in thinking
  • Hands-on experience with various elements of an analysis pipeline: formulating and testing hypotheses, identifying and communicating data requirements for analytics projects, extracting and cleaning up large data sets, analysing data using a variety  of tools 
  • A track record of managing (and delivering) multiple projects in parallel
  • Autonomous attitude (you *do not* require (or like) micro-management)
  • This role is fast-paced, so it will be important that you'll be able to identify quick wins and make trade-offs while maintaining analytical best practice
