Hurree seeks a QA Automation Engineer to join our team. The QA Automation Engineer will write manual and automated tests and work closely with the developers on the creation of new features to their core product. Testing will be carried out on front end UI applications, back-end API & database solutions.
While Hurree is headquartered in Belfast, Northern Ireland, this position can be remote if desired. As a funded startup, Hurree has a development team of 8 full-time remote members.

Some of your key responsibilities include:
A fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated QA Automation Engineer to join our team. You will work with cutting edge cloud and mobile technologies, in addition to adopting modern development practices with a focus on quality deliverables and product.
Essential skills and criteria:
- Computer Science (or equivalent) Bachelor degree
- Minimum 5+ years testing experience with C#, .NET / .NET Core
- Experience with test automation or coding
- Front end UI testing experience
- API testing
- Experience working against an Agile framework
- Working knowledge of SQL and experience with data storage technologies
- Enthusiasm to learn new platforms, technologies or frameworks
- Independent thinking and innovative problem solving
- Works well within a collaborative development/ test team
- Knowledge and exposure to design patterns and principles
- Have an understanding on big data concepts and experience of writing clear, concise and comprehensive test use cases and test plans
