About this role

Hurree's omnichannel marketing software allows you to have control of your multi-tool communications in one platform. Through connecting the tools in your marketing stack, Hurree enables your team to define a cross-channel audience, action workflows complete with tool-specific insights, all in one place. 

Hurree seeks a Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for our growing sales team and ensuring that our ambitious target is met. 

While Hurree is headquartered in Belfast, Northern Ireland, this position can be remote if desired. As a funded startup, Hurree has a sales team of 3 full-time members. It will be your responsibility to manage, motivate and grow this team to continued success, as well as develop leads and close sales. 

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated Sales Manager. 

 

In this role, you'll get to: 

  • Close new business consistently at or above quota level 
  • Become an expert in marketing platforms 
  • Serve as a brand enthusiast for Hurree’s platform 
  • Follow up on highly qualified leads 
  • Work collaboratively with marketing, business development and product development departments to execute sales 
  • Motivate and manage a team of enthusiast sales representatives
  • Bring your thinking, strategies and ideas to advance our company’s values, unique culture and vision for the future

 

We are looking for people who have: 

  • Experience within a sales team that produces and exceeds their goals consistently 
  • Experience in a startup environment 
  • 2 to 3 years full cycle selling experience 
  • A sharp focus on their goals 
  • The ability to advance the vision of Hurree 
  • Emotional intelligence
